You can still buy an as-new Lancer Evo X in Canada

A Mitsubishi dealership in Owen Sound, Canada, asks $147,899 CAD (around $118,000 USD) for a 2015 Lancer Evolution X with only 99 km (61 miles) under its belt.

This example was the last Final Edition car out of the batch of 350 units produced for Canada (watch the video for more). As such, it has Brembo brakes, Recaro seats, a Rockford Fosgate audio system, and a host of other accessories. Having been kept in a conditioned showroom, the car is reported to be in perfect condition.

On the outside, you would be able to recognize the Final Edition by its black roof, BBS wheels and commemorative badges. The stock 2.0-liter turbocharged four-pot received a mild boost from 291 PS (287 hp / 214 kW) and 407 Nm (300 lb-ft) to 303 PS (299 hp / 223 kW) and 414 Nm (305 lb-ft) of torque. A five-speed manual transmission sent the power to all four wheels.

As expensive as this Evo may look, history knows other, even more impressive examples. For instance, an Evolution VI Tommi Makinen Edition that once belonged to Mitsubishi UK went under the hammer for £100,000 last spring (nearly $140,000 USD).
