Liberty Walk has rolled out a Mitsuoka Orochi sports car with a custom-tailored body kit for the Tokyo Auto Salon-2022. Car lights manufacturer Sphere Light ordered the one-off job. Do you think it looks good?
The tuner outfitted the coupe with an impressively sized front splitter, elaborate side sill extensions and widened arches. A large rear wing and custom exhaust finishers appeared in the back, emphasizing the ‘racecar’ aesthetic Liberty Walk was apparently aiming at.
Judging by the photos, the suspension has been lowered as well and wider wheels were fitted. The main goal of the Orochi, however, is to showcase Sphere Light headlights and taillights at the expo.
Mitsuoka unveiled the concept car in the distant 2001, basing it on the mid-engined Honda NSX platform. The vehicle entered production in 2005 (see video) with a 3.3-liter Toyota V6 producing 233 PS (230 hp / 171 kW) under the hood.
