Morgan has taken the wraps off its new sports car named the Super 3. The three-wheeler looks much like its predecessor, but is technically a new vehicle.
An aluminum monocoque construction makes the car lighter and the chassis, more structurally robust. Passengers enjoy extra room inside, and everything in the cabin boasts a certain degree of dust/moisture resistance, including even the digital displays and USB ports.
Powering the ride is a naturally aspirated Ford three-cylinder with so far undisclosed characteristics. The engine is linked to a Mazda MX-5 gearbox modified in a number of ways to be the best fit for the model.
Customers may order the new Super 3 in the UK, Europe and the United States, with the first deliveries set to begin in a few months. The starting price is £34,958.
