Morgan arranges a drone video trip of its factory in Malvern, UK

Traditional car maker Morgan Motor Company has shot some drone footage to show us its entire factory complex in Malvern, Great Britain, on a normal working day.

The recording follows the usual route taken by behind-the-scenes tourists of the Morgan facilities. In the distant pre-Covid era, the factory welcomed up to 30,000 visitors per year, but those times are in the past now.

Our favorite highlights are the initial assembly facility and the famous woodworking workshop where people use outdated traditional tools to produce the wooden parts for Morgan vehicles.

Many iconic cars can be seen throughout the journey, but the legendary 3 Wheeler is missing: its production ended permanently last fall. In this year, Morgan will be introducing a successor to that model powered by a naturally aspirated Ford three-cylinder hidden in a tiny engine compartment. The old car had an externally mounted V2 bike engine.

Not too long ago, Morgan unveiled the Plus 8 GTR, its most powerful production car to date at 375 PS (370 hp / 276 kW). Only nine units will be made and delivered to customers who pre-ordered them prior to the announcement.
