Aston Martin unveils a racecar sim priced like an actual racecar

Aston Martin has worked together with Curv Racing Simulators to produce AMR-C01, a cybersports-oriented racing simulator machine with impressive specs and pricing.

The British luxury automaker praises the novelty as its best premium sim ever. No wonder, because the training machine is in essence a carbon-fiber monocoque fitted with a curved widescreen display and a sports steering wheel. It is the genuine driver’s seat of the Aston Martin Valkyrie that is its main pride point, however.

The company pieces together each sim manually, and claims that the newest Assetto Corsa software ensures the most realistic experience possible. Customers may choose from several available body colors and carbon fiber trims.

The AMR-C01 is due out in the fourth quarter of 2021. The production run will be kept down to just 150 units priced at eye-watering £57,000 each, taxes not included.
