Meet Voyah i-Free, a demo car with production slated for 2021

Voyah, a China-based premium car marque established by Dongfeng this summer, has come to the Auto China show in Beijing with its second design study, i-Free.

The crossover SUV utilizes the same platform and tech as its predecessor, i-Land. The company promises us face recognition, 5G internet, voice and gesture control support, and a mixture between hardware and sensor-based controls. The cabin itself hasn’t been revealed yet.

Voyah claims that the production car based on the i-Free Concept is currently running through its drive tests throughout the world and will be going on sale in China next year. Powertrains will include PHEV and BEV, and production is scheduled to begin in the Renault factory in Wuhan. New models and major updates should come out every year, Voyah reports.
