This 1989 Lancia Delta Integrale could make your dream about owning a rally car real

What was once a thriving Italian automotive marque is but an empty husk now. The old Lancia may be gone, but if you look closely you may find a well-preserved rally car currently on sale – such as this 1989 Lancia Delta Integrale, for example.

The four-seater had a Japanese owner and was later imported into the United States. Aside from the iconic Martini livery, it boasts suspension strut braces by Quick Trading Company and OMP, factory 15-inch wheels and Yokohama BluEarth-A tires measuring 185/60.

Inside the exotic are Recaro seats, expensive leather, suede and fabric, and such scant niceties as power windows and a CD player. The air conditioning no longer functions as it should, and modern equipment is otherwise lacking.

Powering the 1989 Lancia Delta Integrale is its standard 2.0-liter, four-cylinder, eight-valve mill good for 182 hp (136 kW) and 304 Nm (224 lb-ft) of torque. A five-speed manual gearbox transmits the momentum to both axles.

The ride has around 78,000 kilometers (48,000 miles) under its belt and originally went up on sale in June. It failed to sell because of the top bidder offering only U.S. $23,000 for it.
