Mercedes-AMG EQS spied testing at the ‘Ring

The world of electric cars is growing with each passing day, meaning that soon, everyone should be able to find the performance level they are looking for in an EV. The Mercedes-AMG EQS recently spotted at the Nürburgring clearly targets high-end clientele.

It is obvious that the development team made every effort to conceal the fact that this EQS is an AMG, but there is just no mistaking the giant wheels, the yellow brake calipers and the modestly sized trunk spoiler.

The standard EQS 580 model churns out 516 PS (509 hp / 379 kW), which enables it to sprint 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in 4.3 seconds. Registered trademarks currently include EQS43, EQS53 and EQS63; it’s anyone’s guess which out of these three was the ‘Ring vehicle.

Rumor has it that the performance sedan will hit the spotlight in late 2021 or early 2022.
