Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe gets its update for 2022

Mercedes-AMG has rolled out a refreshed version of its GT sedan, complete with an exclusive Manufaktur Edition. Sales in the USA start this fall.

The special series boasts a livery named Rubellite after a tourmaline-type mineral possessing a deep red color. Elsewhere, the car has chrome trim pieces, 21-inch wheels, and a cabin adorned with grey Nappa leather and carbon fiber accents.

AMG Performance wheel now becomes standard for all GT 4-Door Coupes. You can choose from a wide range of colors for the leather trim, including red, brown, blue, white, grey and pearlescent white. The latter comes with yellow stitching. What’s also interesting, you can specify a rear bench and get five seats in total.

Power stays stock for the 43 and 53 models, which currently pump out 367 and 435 metric horses, respectively (362 and 430 kW; 270 and 320 kW, respectively). The GT 63 specification remains to be revealed, but revised adaptive suspension is the only major change on or expectations list so far.
