Renault premieres an all-electric delivery compact van

The French automaker has been testing the EZ-Flex Concept light commercial van since 2019, letting employees of various delivery businesses drive it themselves and assess its qualities.

Early reviews point out excellent driver’s comfort and high maneuverability, which is essential for last-mile delivery on the streets of Europe.

The company’s Mobilize subdivision continues collecting feedback on the car and modifying it further to suit as many testers as possible. Some of the latest additions included keyless entry and a modular cargo area available in multiple layouts for different purposes.

Mobilize says it will keep perfecting the all-electric LCV for a while longer to ensure it is as rationally designed and equipped as possible. The Renault EZ-Flex will eventually become a production model, but there are no estimates as to when.
