Check out an Aston Martin watch worth a car

Aston Martin has teamed up with the Swiss wristwatch maker Girard-Perregaux to produce this timepiece named the Girard-Perregaux Laureato Absolute Chronograph Aston Martin F1 Edition. Only 306 of these will be made, referencing the length of the UK Grand Prix Silverstone track.
The watch boasts a casing made out of a completely new material the company has used for the first time ever. It consists of titanium powder with racing-grade carbon fiber particles mixed in and some tinted tar applied to achieve Aston Martin's trademark shade of green.
The carbon fiber strands are interwoven with synthetic rubber to form a soft-feeling wrist strap. The clasp is made from titanium, too.
The face of the watch is covered with as many as eight layers of green paint. A lighter color is also used in some places, like the second hand, referencing exterior trim accents of some AM cars. Some parts are shaped like air intakes, and the backplate is made from sapphire glass.
Aston Martin said it would present these timepieces to its F1 team racers Sebastian Vettel and Lance Stroll. The rest will be offered at $27,800 USD each. While you could buy a basic Toyota Camry Hybrid at the same price point, those in the market for one will probably never even begin to consider the other.
