Cadillac is getting ready to unveil the Track Edition of its CT4-V Blackwing model later this summer, and we now know the exact date: August 1. In the meantime, have a look at new teasers.

Cadillac mentioned that the Track Edition buyers would get access to unique interior trim packages, but did not specify any details. As you can see, the car will be different on the outside as well, with a carbon-fiber front splitter bearing an IMSA logo, new side sills, a striped hood and contrasting side mirror caps. One of the windows bears the outlines of the Sebring racetrack where Cadillac racecars have won prizes over the past years.

As a performance car, the CT4-V Blackwing will likely get upgraded tech as well, but we are unlikely to learn more until August 1.
