Watch a hundred Tesla cars sync with each other in a grand light show

Around a hundred Tesla EV owners got together on a parking lot in New Jersey, USA, to perform a light and music show in celebration of the Indian song ‘Naatu Naatu’ getting the Oscar award.

The track performed in Telugu language in the epic action drama titled ‘RRR’ received the Best Original Song award in 2023, prompting some Tesla owners to arrange a meeting and perform a memorable show. Select modifications of Tesla cars support blinking their lights in sync with any music being played. The light show is vivid and eye-catching even when just one car performs it, let alone a hundred. Unsurprisingly, the footage instantly went viral.

To attempt something like this on your own Tesla (provided you have one), you need to download a precompiled lightshow file to a memory card, insert the card into the dedicated slot in the infotainment system and then activate the feature named ‘Lightshow’ on the display. The show will start as soon as the owner leaves the car and locks the doors.
