2,340-PS Drag Race: Mustang vs. Camaro vs. Challenger

The United States is home to all kinds of muscle cars, with the Ford Mustang, Chevy Camaro and assorted Dodge models being arguably the best known. Matt Watson of Carwow has brought together all three to see which one was the fastest on the quarter-mile strip.

The contenders have a whopping 2,340 horsepower between them. 860 of these belong to a heavily tuned Mustang Shelby GT500. The Camaro ZL1 is also non-stock and slams the wheels with 770 hp. Sitting between them in terms of performance is a Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye, which makes do with its standard 800 horses.

All three cars wear premium drag tires to minimize traction issues. Which one do you think will rank first and which one second?
