Hennessey Performance has complemented its VelociRaptor lineup with a new Ford Ranger Raptor, combining a healthy power boost with strategically placed trim accents. The chassis and the cabin stay largely stock, resulting in a relatively low conversion price of $24,950 (donor truck not included, of course).

Straight from the assembly line, the model comes equipped with a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 delivering between 288 and 411 PS (284–405 hp; 212–302 kW) to the wheels depending on the version. Hennessey overhauls the intake system, replaces the intercooler and tweaks the ECU to coax 507 PS (500 hp / 373 kW) and 746 Nm (550 lb-ft) of torque from it. As for the sprint times, Ford doesn’t publish these for the Ranger Raptor and neither does Hennessey.

Elsewhere, the truck gets a pronounced front bumper with a bull bar, auxiliary lighting, towing eyes and ‘Velociraptor’ lettering on the lower front end. Another impact-resistant bumper can be found at the rear. Stock 17-inch wheels make room for new 18-inch rollers shod in 35-inch BFGoodrich rubber. For the interior, the novelty boils down to original floor mats, a serial number plaque and embroidered logos.

The production is set to begin in late 2023 and last until the end of 2024. No more than 200 tuning kits will be made.
