Nissan has brought as many as four China-only concepts to the Beijing show, including two crossover SUVs and two sedans. They are all slated to go into production at the Dongfeng-Nissan joint enterprise.
The sedans are called Evo and Epoch, while the SUVs are known as Era and Epic. Out of these four, the Epoch and the Epic are envisioned as pure electric vehicles, while the Evo and the Era are seen as plug-in hybrids first. All four are actively marketed towards people who enjoy traveling and active outdoor leisure.
Technical details are scarce at the moment. Nissan says only that some of the cars will ship as AWD by default, but doesn’t clarify which ones.
