The Japanese car manufacturer Nissan said it would arrive at the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition (Auto China 2018) with as many as three all-electric vehicles. One of these is obviously the second-generation Nissan Leaf, the other is the iMX KURO Concept, but the third remains a carefully guarded mystery.
According to an earlier announcement, the Nissan iMX KURO crossover comes equipped with two electric engines and a battery set sufficient for a 600 km (375 mi) driving range. It also takes advantage of a self-drive tech.
The second-generation Nissan Leaf relies on a single electric motor with 150 hp (112 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb·ft) of torque to propel it forward. It can accelerate to 144 km/h (90 mph) at most and travels up to 378 km (235 mi) until it depletes its batteries.
