Nissan has presented the Almera facelift in Thailand. The sedan received the same overall improvements as its twin called Versa in the United States: a mild exterior redesign and added trim options for both the body and the cabin.
Compared to its predecessor, the 2024 Nissan Almera sports a revised front bumper and a new radiator grille with chrome trims at the corners. The lighting and the rest of the bodywork stay stock. Those opting for one of the top trims may expect a larger head unit (8” instead of 7”) and a wireless charging pad on the center tunnel.
Customers in Thailand may additionally order an aero kit for their saloon including a more aggressive front bumper with larger fog light recesses and canards, side sill extensions, a trunk lid spoiler and a new rear bumper incorporating a diffuser and twin tailpipes in the middle.
Some of the trim can be ordered in black for contrast, and the same offer applies to the roof. There is also a new main body color on the list called Grey Sky Pearl.
The greasy bits under the hood stay stock. In Asia, the Almera uses a 1.0-liter three-pot turbo in tandem with a CVT to drive the wheels with 100 PS (99 hp / 74 kW) and 152 Nm (112 lb-ft) of torque.
