Within just a few days from the Chicago Auto Show which starts on February 10, 2018, Nissan has introduced its latest highly specialized SUV, the Armada Snow Patrol. First and foremost, the vehicle is going to be meant for snowed-under mountain roads.
The new Armada Snow Patrol should come to the market with suitably adjusted suspension, a heavy-duty front bumper, tough 20-inch wheels wearing Pro Comp MT2 off-road tires, as well as some additional LED lights on the roof and the trunk door.
The rest is going to be based on the series-produced, eight-seat Nissan Armada – including its humongous 5.8-liter V8, all-wheel drive, and the seven-speed automatic transmission. These will enable the new SUV to tow around a trailer weighing up to 4 metric tons (~8,800 lbs.).
The interior of the vehicle is shown clad in luxury-grade leather and interspersed with the Armada Snow Patrol logos.
The company denied comment on whether the car is going to make it into mass production.
