Nissan Motor Company has unveiled a new take on its Caravan model called the 50th Anniversary Edition. It will go on sale exclusively in Japan.
Starting with the flagship trim level called Grand Premium GX (see video), the special edition tops it with certain new design features. These include a matte black radiator grille, lacquered black side mirror covers, tinted turn indicators, a black bezel above the number plate on the tailgate, black door handles, and eye-catching anniversary edition plaques. For the exterior, the company proposes an exclusive paint known as Cashmere Greige.
The base engine is a 2.0-liter petrol mill rated at 130 PS (128 hp / 96 kW). As an alternative, customers in Japan can order a 2.4-liter diesel with 132 PS (130 hp / 98 kW) at its disposal. The transmission is automatic without any other options, but you can choose between RWD and AWD.
Prices lie in the range of ¥3,483,700–4,459,900.
