Nissan has two major celebrations still coming up later this year: namely, the 50th anniversaries of the Skyline GT-R and Z. The main surprise is yet to come, but in the meantime, the company shows us two nostalgia-inducing videos recapping the history of both sports cars.
The Japanese carmaker has already launched a few special editions, notably including the 2018 GT-R50 (depicted on the photos). The limited run co-developed with Italdesign consisted of 50 copies worth up to €1 million each.
The GT-R 50th Anniversary Edition debuted at the New York International Motor Show this spring bearing only purely visual improvements, and the Nissan 370Z 50th Anniversary Edition followed it.
As for the big reveal Nissan has been hinting about, this one will likely happen during the Nismo Festival on December 8, 2019.
