The Hoonigan AutoFocus team has spied this Nissan GT-R R32 Skyline cruising the streets of Florida several days ago – an unusual custom build lending itself almost equally well to daily use and an occasional track day.
Aerodynamic mods included a front bumper, a carbon-fiber hood, a rear wing and a rear diffuser. The car rides on white Rays Motorsport alloys and wears Bayside Blue, a color that wasn’t on the list until R34.
The single greatest feature of the build is its powertrain. The standard 2.6-liter engine received a new high-end turbocharger instead of its weaker two, ending up with 550 hp (410 kW) hitting the wheels at full throttle. Even more importantly, a part-time all-wheel drive system was implemented, so the driver can freely alternate between RWD and AWD whenever he feels like it.
