2019 Nissan Juke goes for something different

Japanese car manufacturer Nissan will premiere the next generation of its Nissan Juke SUV in two months. According to the chief designer of the marque, the upcoming Juke has little in common with either the current-gen model, or Nissan Leaf, or even the IMx Concept.

More specifically, while the new SUV will follow in the footsteps of its predecessors in terms of body design, it will come packed with a different set of base equipment and features.

Rumor has it that the car will use an elongated, 4WD version of the Nissan Micra / Renault Clio chassis. It will ship with a choice of turbocharged gasoline engines 0.9 to 1.2 liters large. A 1.5L diesel variant of the Nissan Juke may also be made available later.
