Nissan has recently held an official presentation of a new Navara SUV model at the Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham, England.
The new Nissan Navara Off-Roader AT32 has been jointly designed with Arctic Trucks, a company specializing in the development of extreme all-terrain vehicles. With an impressive ground clearance of more than 240 mm (9 3/8 in.), 17” aluminum wheels wearing humongous 32” off-road tires and a snorkel pipe for crossing water up to 80 cm (31”) high, it surely looks up to the task. A separately available front differential lock should improve results even further.
The hood compartment of the new Nissan Navara conceals a twin-turbo diesel engine good for 190 hp (142 kW) and 450 Nm (332 lb·ft) of torque. Safety options include hill start assist, emergency brake and a 360-degree view camera set.
The vehicle will be sold exclusively in Europe; prices remain unknown.
