BB Motorsport has started sales of an upgrade package for the Nissan Patrol in South Africa. Dubbed Black Hawk, it contains a different body kit for the SUV and a solid performance boost for the engine. Prices start from 2.2 million SAR Rand.
The radiator grille is larger than stock and sports a 3D pattern. The bumpers look more aggressive, the fenders all around are flared and 22-inch wheels fill out the arches.
The stock Patrol for South Africa (see video) utilizes a 5.6-liter V8 rated at 405 PS (400 hp / 299 kW) and 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque. Using a custom turbo kit, the tuning company squeezes an additional 133 metric hp out of it for a total of 538 PS (531 hp / 396 kW). The torque peaks at 772 Nm (569 lb-ft). The acceleration dynamics isn’t mentioned in the press release.
All Black Hawk SUVs come equipped with extra 8-inch multimedia displays for the rear passengers, as well as a premium audio system from Bose.
