The Japanese automobile concern intends to update Qashqai exterior and will equip it with the intellectual mode of driving.
This year, Nissan Qashqai was brought to a North American car market, that was told at a press conference within the Detroit auto show by representatives of company. The car will be sold under the name of Rogue Sport in the United States. The European version of Qashqai is waiting a restyling.
Besides, the car will be equipped with the semiautonomous autopilot which will make driving of the car on highways more convenient. The system will personify the latest practices of Nissan in the field of pilotless driving. The semiautonomous mode means that the car will be able to gather speed and to slow down depending on the ahead vehicle. By next year engineers plan to allocate the autopilot with ability to move between strips.
There will be no changes under the hood and there will remain the same four turbo engines (two petrol and two diesel) with the generated power from 110 to 163 horsepower.s It is expected that the optical system, grille, wheels and bumpers will be updated . In addition, the machine will be equipped with a semi-autonomous autopilot that will make driving of the car on highways more convenient.The system will embody the latest Nissan developments in the field of unmanned driving. The semi-autonomous mode means that the car can accelerate and slow down, depending on the vehicle driving in front. By next year, engineers plan to give autopilot the ability to move between traffic lanes.
At present Qashqai is on testing. If tests are successfully, the premiere very soon will be held within an auto show in Geneva .
