Only yesterday, we told you about the superb Nissan GT-R body kit produced by LB★Silhouette WORKS (subordinate brand of Liberty Walk). But while that project was announced long ago, this one came as a total surprise.
The custom LB-ER34 Super Silhouette Skyline utilizes the Nissan Skyline R34 chassis and exists in a single copy. Its exterior styling pays homage to the famous Hasemi KDR30 Skyline racecar that Japanese professional racing driver Masahiro Hasemi manned in the Super Silhouette Formula series in 1982 and 83.
Aside from the readily recognizable Tomica livery, the sports vehicle boasts an extreme Bosozoku-style body kit that consists of humongous wheel arch extensions, a front spoiler and a rear diffuser to match, and side skirts almost touching down. However impractical, there is little denying that it looks impressive.
Numerous smaller carbon fiber garnishes, elegant Vitaloni side mirrors, a brand-new hood and a rear wing round off the bold image. The sports car rides on 18-inch Yokohama Advan Racing GT wheels and has air suspension.
In addition to the above, LB★Silhouette WORKS briefly mentions a complete interior makeover and an engine swap to the RB25DET NEO inline-six mill bored out to 3.1 liters of displacement. No further details are available on these two points.
