BMW fans will have you believe that M is the world’s most powerful letter, but JDM enthusiasts beg to differ. The new Nissan Z is set to hit the streets sometime in the next year, and here it is in a pre-production form.
Why are the Nissan and Z badges in the back still hidden under camo? Most likely because the car is nearly ready for production. This particular example is Gun Metallic Grey, which is new because all official photos depict the model in either yellow or blue. That said, the company did mention that three solid colors and six dual-tone paint schemes would be available.
Other things we find to our liking include the modern taillights and the slim rear spoiler. The biggest mystery is the price, however, which might wind up being close to $40,000 before options. What do you think about it?
