Meet the M500, the latest supercar by Noble

Noble, a niche British automaker known for its M600 model, has revealed a new supercar named the M500. It is only a prototype so far, but the company says it will be making 50 units per year and selling them from £150,000.

The vehicle uses a stainless-steel tube-frame and a transaxle engine. It comes trimmed with GFRP body paneling by default, but those who would like an all-carbon construction can order it for a premium.

Power comes from a 3.5-liter twin-turbo Ford V6 mated to a six-speed manual transmission for 558 PS (550 hp / 410 kW). The final production car will weigh in at around 1,250 kg (2,775 lbs), the manufacturer claims, admitting that the pre-production unit weighs 150 kg (330 lbs) more than that.

There are no interior shots, but Autocar reports there is a digital dashboard and bucket seats inside.
