Budding Indian carmaker Ola Electric has released a teaser vid previewing the interior of its first electric car. Up until now, the company had only been making electric scooters.
As you can see, the cabin is clean and minimalist with the infotainment display serving as the main control panel for most in-car functions. According to the manufacturer, the unit will be powered by a proprietary software piece called Ola OS. There is also a digital dashboard and a rectangular steering wheel with touch controls on it.
On the outside, a LED bar spanning the entire front end seems to be one of the main design features. You can see it in the video.
Ola Electric promises to make its EV the fastest among all battery cars manufactured in India with a 0-100 km/h sprint time of under 4 seconds. The claimed range is also rather impressive at 500 km (310 miles), although it remains to be independently tested.
