A car repairman from Michigan, USA, has found a way to produce spokeless car rims using clear epoxy. The video shows one such wheel fitted with LEDs for maximum eye candy.
The wheel is assembled from multiple components and sports a solid-epoxy hub with bored-out mount points. An RGB LED stripe runs down the rim, and you can choose the light color yourself or let it drift from one to another.
Only one wheel has been completed so far. The blogger has tested it on an Oldsmobile Cutlass and found that it was fully adequate.
