The visually unremarkable Opel Kadett is renowned as a sleeper car in the tuning community – in other words, a car with plenty of hidden potential. This latest video shows just how much it really is capable of given some upgrades.
The compact hatchback starts off with around 100 horsepower (75 kilowatts), but this particular specimen can do 730 hp, or 540 kW – not every modern supercar has this much! Naturally, tuner decided to pit it up against a similarly powered McLaren 720S.
The sleeper then proceeded to take on an Audi R8 V10 Plus (602 hp, 450 kW), a BMW M3 (425 hp, 315 kW) and an Audi RS6 Avant (AWD, old-gen, 605 hp / 452 kW).
