Opel Experimental Concept previewed in new teasers

Opel has posted more images of its Experimental Concept set to debut at the IAA Mobility expo in Munich this September. There is still no way to make conclusions about the body style of the car, but certain design elements can be examined in closeup.

One of the photos focuses on the front end with a see-through radiator grille and updated Blitz logo. Together, these details make up the automaker’s new design philosophy, Opel Blitz (see video).

Other images preview slim LED lights all around, the wheels and the interior – more specifically, a bit of a passenger’s seat back.

The taillight shot reveals a sharply slanted c-pillar, which makes us think that the Experimental is a fastback CUV. Later on, it might provide the basis for the next-generation Insignia or the revived Manta model.
