Crosscamp Lite 2021 opens a new campervan line

German motorhome manufacturer Hymer’s recently founded sub-brand Crosscamp will specialize in producing affordable and compact urban campervans, and this Crosscamp Lite is its first model.

The tuner accepts Opel Zafira Life and Toyota Proace Verso MPVs for conversion, letting both keep their seven-seat interiors by default. The mods are apparent at the rear end, which contains a slide-out gas stove, storage compartments, a spare battery and a gas tank.

Sleeping is provided for by two 120 x 200 cm beds inside the roof tent, and you can put another 140 x 199 cm bed inside the cabin as well. The tent floor is trimmed with fabric and can be made heated for extra comfort.

Rounding off the list of options are a 13-liter mini-fridge and added exterior/interior lighting.

Basing your travel home off the Proace Verso will set you back at least €43,000, while going with the Opel will cost €44,500 before options.
