Madonna is selling an estate in a fashionable village near LA, complete with a garage for five cars built on the premises by the property’s first owner, famous rapper The Weeknd. Autoevolution reports that the asking price is $25,995,000.
The garage looks like something in between a car parking site and a glamour showroom. It has a glass floor with color-adjustable backlighting all around, and designates separate cells with automatic glass gates for all cars.
Another parking spot for five cars resides near the house. All in all, the estate comprises three buildings, 1,244 square meters (13,390 square feet) of living space, 9 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a cinema theater, a bar, a fitness hall and a wine cellar. There is also an outdoor basketball ground, among other highlights.
The media believe that Madonna only bought the house around a year ago, paying around $19,300,000 for it. Whether she kept any of her cars in the garage remains unknown.
