This is what the next Peugeot 2008 may look like (or not)

Independent artists have published some concept sketches of what they imagine to be the next-generation Peugeot 2008 crossover SUV. The vehicle will celebrate its premiere towards the end of the year.
If the creative vision of the artist proves correct this time around, then the upcoming car will be longer, broader as well as more comfortable and up-to-date than the model currently found on the market. Design sketches show what looks closer to the Peugeot 3008 and the 5008 in places.
The refreshed crossover SUV is expected to be identical to the Opel Mokka in terms of the available equipment. There is going to be an i-Cockpit digital dashboard as well as an advanced infotainment system with shortcuts to many useful car functions.
Following the same logic, its engine palette is likely to incorporate a number of turbocharged gasoline and diesel engines, as well as a hybrid and an all-electric engine. This would allow the vehicle to appeal to the broadest target audience possible.
The Peugeot 2008 counts among the best-selling SUVs in Europe, with 180,000 copies sold in 2017 alone. Peugeot will obviously attempt to maintain leadership with the next-generation model as well.
