Kevin Hart boasts his 950-PS Plymouth Road Runner restomod

Actor Kevin Hart has a weakness towards exotic and powerful cars, and this 1969 Plymouth Road Runner is his fourth restored and modified classic. Built in Salvaggio Design (Wisconsin), it draws upon Halloween movie franchise for inspiration.

Powering the coupe is a seven-liter Hemi V8 retrofitted with many high-end components, such as a giant Whipple supercharger, a Magnaflow exhaust system, a Holly Dominator injection system, a Winberg crankshaft, and more. We are told that the restomod hits the dyno with 953 PS (940 hp / 701 kW) running on regular ON91 fuel.

Brembo brakes at the front are sized 355 mm (14”) across with six-piston calipers, while the back axle uses 330 mm (13”) rotors with four-piston calipers. The wheels are especially eye-catching: the front ones measure 18 inches diagonal size and the rear one 20 inches. Both pairs are made from aluminum and covered with custom hubcaps to look like retro steel rollers.

Aluminum finds its way into the cabin as well, where it is present on the steering wheel, gear lever and dashboard panel. The dash wears a Halloween-inspired art by Randy Russell, and while the front Recaro seats come wrapped in bespoke Italian leather, the rear ones really draw attention to themselves due to being covered in droplets of blood-like paint.
