This crazy ‘Ferrari SUV’ could be yours for just $9,500

A man from the USA is offering to buy his homemade ‘Ferrari SUV’ constructed out of Chevrolet Blazer and Pontiac Fiero parts.

You may remember that in the fall of 2018, Ferrari announced its intention to launch its first SUV ever. Called the Purosangue, the vehicle should premiere before the end of the current year. Apparently, the North American car aficionado did not feel like waiting, though, and built the Frankencar of his dreams.

If you try really hard, you will catch a certain Ferrari 348 impression from looking at the SUV. In reality, though, it is just an elderly Pontiac Fiero body resting on a Chevrolet Blazer chassis. The creator of the vehicle claims it was ‘made in 1984’, without specifying which one of the two was.

Powering the unlikely off-roader is a 5.7-liter V8 engine linked with a four-speed automatic transmission and AWD.

The asking price is U.S. $9,500.
