Legends and icons are so crowded in the portfolio of Porsche that even such a proven classic as the 935 can get lost among peers. This one, however, won’t thanks to a custom build by DP Motorsport.
It is a year 1984 model, and it is up for grabs in the United States right now without a public asking price. It was originally designed by the tuner to be street-legal, but rocks a period-accurate racing body kit that should aid it on the track. The most prominent part of the kit is a giant whale-tail rear wing.
The seller does not reveal the mileage, but the car has been completely restored recently with its entire body torn down and reassembled and all its units serviced. The brakes and suspension are all-new, while the naturally aspirated flat-six engine and four-speed manual transmission are overhauled originals. The exterior was given a fresh coat of red paint with very few contrasting details.
