Ekanoo Racing builds the strongest Porsche 911 Turbo S

The Porsche 911 Turbo S is an extremely versatile supercar equally suitable for racing on tracks like the famed Nurburgring Circuit and everyday use. In its most current version, it packs a potent 3.8-liter inline engine rated at 580 hp (433 kW) and 750 Nm (560 lb×ft) of torque. It sprints to 100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds and eventually reaches 330 km/h (205 mph).

The team over at Ekanoo Racing, a Bahraini car tuning atelier, still found the car lacking in terms of performance. The same team once boosted the Nissan GT-R to the insane 2,200 hp (1,641 kW). Now, the 911 Turbo S got a similar upgrade.

Of course, there is no comparing the German sports car to its Japanese rival. The latter finishes a quarter-mile in 7.1 seconds, accelerating to 336 km/h (209 mph) in the process. The tuned-up Porsche 911 Turbo S manages the same in 8.7 seconds and crosses the finish line going at 264 km/h (164 mph). But it is a remarkable result all the same.

Regrettably, Ekanoo Racing didn’t provide any specifics for the upgrade. As far as we can guess, the car got boosted to over 1,000 hp / 750 kW.
