RUF Rodeo Concept, Baja Prerunner, Safari 911 Carrera 930 – who hasn’t heard of these iconic rally cars? To this day, they serve as the perfect proof that the Porsche 911 feels at home in the wilderness with a bit of tuning applied. Not long ago, several such vehicles gathered for a video shoot at a picturesque winter lake.
All four have been designed and built by Kelly-Moss Road and Race (KMR), a tune-up shop based in Wisconsin, USA. The dark-grey Bonkers 911 Overlander is arguably the main eye-catcher of the bunch with its sturdy bespoke frame, a roll cage, tall suspension, all-terrain tires and powerful LED lighting all around.
The red-and-white one with a “Safari” caption may ride lower than the Overlander, but its under shield looks formidable and should protect it from any possible damage. The other two, while preserving the more typical Porsche traits, still look more than capable away from the roads.
Be sure to check these out in action by watching the video!
