The famous tuner shop delta4x4 often turns mundane production vehicles into high-performance rally cars and off-roaders. Even so, their latest project is something special.
According to CEO Maximilian Loder, a young entrepreneur from Ulm, Germany approached him asking to help convert his Porsche 911 (992) Carrera 4S into a hardcore rally vehicle. Apparently, he wanted to drive it from his country all the way down to Dakar in Africa, alternating between highways and poor country roads. “His idea sounded like an insane challenge – in other words, like something we are always happy to dedicate our skills and expertise to,” he commented with a happy smile.
The project is still in its earlier stages, so these beautiful 3D rendered images are all we have at the moment. Once finished, the car will sport high clearance (250mm / 9.8 inches or more), high-performance suspension, plenty of LED lighting all around, and an expedition rack. It should be ready next year.
