This molded Porsche 911 by Akira Nakai/RWB is a true specialty

The Porsche 911 Targa featured in the video in this news article is no common stock car. It has been uniquely modded by Akira Nakai, founder and owner of Japanese tuning firm Rauh-Welt Begriff. It is reported that Mr. Nakai produced the molded fenders on his own.

The one-off ride is called The Prince of Eights, since it is Canada’s 8th RWB-tuned Porsche ever. It is quite exclusive as is, but it is the massive, seamless fender flares that make it truly unique. The tuner went through the effort of manufacturing single-piece molded side panels for the car to avoid using rivets or bolts like many other aftermarket vendors do. Seams and exposed hardware are commonly associated with cheap mods, not luxury.

Aside from this, the Porsche 911 Targa by Rauh-Welt Begriff sports new bumpers, low suspension and ultra-wide wheels chromed from inside.
