The talented TechArt team has revealed GTstreet R, a road-legal track weapon that comes out shortly before Porsche’s own GT2 RS. Highlights include a boosted engine, a widebody kit and a remade interior.
A number of modifications helped the stock 3.75-liter flat-six go from 650 PS (641 hp / 478 kW) to 800 PS (789 hp / 588 kW). The peak torque simultaneously jumped from 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) to 950 Nm (701 lb-ft). The company says a new ECU programming along with upmarket dual turbos yielded the most power.
Further contributing to the acceleration performance is a wide carbon body kit incorporating bumpers, side skirts, air intake overlays, fender flares, and a rear wing. Rounding things off with style are exclusive wheels measuring 20 inches front and 21 inches rear.
The cabin enjoys its own generous share of carbon fiber, leather and Alcantara, and you can order a full custom overhaul if the suggested look isn’t down your alley.
A total of 87 TechArt GTstreet R vehicles will hit the streets priced starting from €73,000.
