Porsche restoration specialist Theon Design has posted a number of photos previewing its upcoming Porsche 964 restomod with the body, the interior and the engine reassembled from scratch.
The premiere date remains to be announced, but it is already official that the car gets an air-cooled flat-six engine bored out to 3.6 liters of displacement and upgraded with a Rotex supercharger. The output is estimated at 456 PS (450 hp / 336 kW) and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque.
Other highlights to look forward to include a custom adaptive suspension system co-designed with TracTive, a drive mode selector, and a unique interior with lots of handiwork involved.
The British tuner obviously likes building gorgeous restomods more than filming them on camera, so there aren’t that many videos online mentioning Theon Design. Still, Tiff Needell had a chance to try out of their cars around a year ago, so watch the enclosed video if you are interested.
