Tuning shop Gunther Werks is coming to the markets of Europe and UK at long last, and what better way to celebrate than by releasing a right-hand-drive sports car for a change? The paint on this Porsche 993 may look polarizing, but the car itself comes loaded with modern goodies and is in mint condition inside and out.
The shade is called Pink Pearlescent Metallic. It consists of ultra-fine particles and is applied here in three consecutive layers for the best effect. Gorgeous carbon-fiber trim bits help create the necessary contrast – check out the front splitter, the air intake shrouds, the hood inserts and the rear wing. Like all other projects from GW, Bubblegum stays true to Porsche’s original design direction and merely accentuates individual elements.
The interior matches the body well with carbon-backed bucket seats, black leather and Alcantara all around and pink stitching. Power comes from the standard 4.0-liter flat-six engine. GW does not specify an exact output, but some 933 restomods in its portfolio pump out as much as 710 PS (700 hp / 522 kW).
