Used Porsche 911 GT3 crops up on sale priced like it’s new

A 2015 Porsche 911 (991) GT3 with mere 800 kilometers (500 miles) on the clock is available in Novocherkassk, Russia, for just under $168,000 USD.

Putting things into perspective reveals that a brand-new 911 (992) GT3 costs $195,500 in the country. For paying an extra $27,500, buyers get state-of-the-art tech, 35 extra horsepower, and a sprint time that is one-tenth of a second faster than before.

The ad claims the sports car had only one owner who imported it from Germany in 2020 and only registered for road use five months prior. It wears an original racing livery and features a black leather cabin with grey stitching and red safety belts.

A flat-six engine under the hood works with a seven-speed PDK box to hit the rear wheels with 475 PS (468 hp / 350 kW). The car reaches 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.5 seconds and maxes out at 315 km/h (195 miles per hour). Included in the trim level are adaptive LED headlights, a front axle lift, a full Sport Chrono package, climate control, and satellite navigation.
