Special Porsche 911 GT3 bows Down Under

To celebrate 70 years on the market of Australia, Porsche has come up with an anniversary edition of its new 911 GT3 model – the company’s first special in that country and the first limited-run GT3 at the same time.

Aside from an overlong name (911 GT3 70 Years Porsche Australia Edition), the anniversary supercar comes adorned with the flag and other emblems of the country. It also wears a highly exclusive grey livery that used to be worn by one of the two Porsches first imported to the Southern continent seven decades ago.

Inside, there are leather-wrapped bucket seats with neat fabric details, special edition badges, and exterior-matching dashboard and console finish.

A total of 25 units will be offered Down Under starting from $494,300 AUD.
