Porsche has been taking its new 911 GT3 RS to the public roads lately, so the latest batch of spy shots is richly detailed and informative. Let us have a look!
The hood and fender vents look as massive as the rear wing in the back. The rest of the body seems camo-free from a distance, but a closer look reveals black tape all around.
The engineering team took care to conceal side deflectors on the rear wheel arches and even used fake panels in places to disguise the car and its outlines. As a result, the overall appearance of the GT3 RS seems clear, but Porsche has always been about the details, and those aren’t on display.
Power will come from the same 4.0-liter naturally aspirated flat-six engine as before, although some tweaks are possible. The previous generation made 520 PS (513 hp / 382 kW).
The new 911 GT3 RS will debut later this year.
