The auction house Barrett-Jackson put up for sale a supercar Porsche 918 Spyder. The uniqueness of the lot is that it is the only car whose body is painted in blue Voodoo Blue. The auction will be held in Las Vegas from 19 to 21 October. The car sold was 184th out of 918 cars produced. The lot's run is only 1920 kilometers.
Recall, this spring at the auction house RM Sotheby's featured another unique Porsche 918 Spyder. That car also differed from all the others in its unique body color - the blue Arrow Blue.
Under the hood, the Porsche 918 Spyder has a hybrid powerplant. It combines a 4.6-liter V8 and two electric motors. The total power of the power units is 887 horsepower. From a place to a hundred kilometers per hour, the 918 is accelerated in 2.6 seconds.
